As we break ground on your dream home, communication and attention to detail is our top priority. Our online platform ensures you are kept in the loop every step of the way with logs from our project managers. You can check your schedule, finalize selections and request and approve change orders at the touch of a button!
Live
Once your home is in its finishing stages, our dedicated management team conducts a detailed walk through to ensure your home is built to our quality standards. Next, we walk through your entire house with you as part of our Home Owner Orientation to ensure that everything is perfect. We review our warranty program, home systems and features and review items that need maintenance as well as sign off on any pending items that need attention prior to closing.
